Luly knows a thing or two about fun and passion. Creator of Fiesta Latina - the unique, hot exercise program that combines elements of salsa, samba, merengue flamenco, and Mexican folklorico with cutting edge core training. Luly has spent her life moving beautifully and teaching thousands of others how to do the same and now you can learn too. "Exercise shouldn't be about boring repetition," says this native of Chihuahua, Mexico. "Exercise should be something that sparks your desire to live life fully, and it should give you the power and confidence to go after what you want. It should be fun!”

Beginning at age 6, gymnastics soon became Luly’s first love. Soon after, her passion for jazz, folk and latin dance were born. Her interest in choreography and performing, led Luly into the serious study of the fitness industry. Luly quickly became certified by the American Council of Exercise and FEMARA (Federación Mexicana Actividades Ritmicas Aerobicas) and other jazz and dance certifications. She soon became an award-winning master teacher of classes in jazz, hip hop and other dance forms. She now boasts over a decade of experience in creating aerobic exercise programs that combine physical fitness with music appreciation and a profound body awareness that only comes through dance.“ Movement should uplift your soul as well as tone your body,” Luly believes. “This concept is the gift Latin culture can bring to the fitness world.”

Living fully is something Luly knows well. Not only a talented fitness professional, she also manages to balance a career as an actress while maintaining a happy home life with her husband, and six year old son. “I created Fiesta Latina to start you to move comfortably in your body so that you’ll transfer that to living comfortably in your life. Living with passion for life is what it’s all about. You can be true to your Latin roots while exercising and eating healthfully.”

FIESTA LATINA is the new low-impact exciting way to work your Latin blood into a frenzy, combining easy to learn Latin dance moves with state of the art aerobics into an incredible and fun workout. Luly breaks down the steps of each dance form and then helps you put together the entire choreography. Before you know it, you are having fun, dancing salsa and working those muscles.

“People think that when you are dancing, you aren’t exercising, but you are burning a lot of calories and toning your muscles. Salsa really helps your abs, waist and legs. Samba is great for the glutes and legs. Folklorico is terrific for your legs and cardio. Flamenco can help those arms, back, legs and glutes. And it’s all terrific for burning calories and it’s so much fun!”

FIESTA LATINA, which Luly has shared with her devoted followers in the studios and gyms of Los Angeles, is now available on DVD.
